Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on milore.co.uk.

1. About us

This website is operated by Miloré Fragrances, 21 Brookbottom Road, Manchester, M26 4HX, United Kingdom. Contact: milore.fragrances@hotmail.com.

2. Our products

Miloré fragrances are our own original perfumes. Where we name a designer fragrance (“Inspired by …”), it is to describe a similar scent profile for comparison only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the brands mentioned, and all brand and product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Scent perception varies from person to person and fragrances may differ slightly between batches. Product images are for illustration.

3. Prices and offers

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Bundle prices (any 3 × 50ml for £60, then £20 per additional 50ml bottle) and free gifts are applied automatically in your bag. We may change prices and offers at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly listed in error, in which case we’ll refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

See our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and cancellation

See our Returns page, which also explains your statutory right to cancel.

8. Using our fragrances

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin, and stop use if irritation occurs. Patch-test if you have sensitive skin. Highly flammable: keep away from heat and flame. Keep out of reach of children.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that can’t be limited by law. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable when the contract was made.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
