Who we are

What we collect
- Orders: name, delivery address, email, phone (if given) and what you bought, so we can fulfil and support your order.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but never your full card number.
- Mailing list: your email address, only if you sign up for offers (such as 15% off your first order). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or social media.
Your basket and preferences
Your basket and choices (like a chosen free sample) are saved in your own browser’s local storage so they’re still there when you come back. This stays on your device and isn’t sent to us until you place an order. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Third parties
We share data only with the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our delivery couriers (your name and address), and our email provider. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve them.
Legal basis and retention
We process order data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal and tax obligations (records are kept for 6 years). Marketing emails are sent only with your consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Email milore.fragrances@hotmail.com. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
