Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
We use different tracked couriers depending on your location, chosen for the fastest reliable service to your area. Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details by email when your order ships.

Fragrance and shipping rules
Perfume contains alcohol and is classed as a flammable liquid for transport, so all parcels travel by road and comply with courier rules for fragrances.
Problems with a delivery
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email milore.fragrances@hotmail.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
